About Me
Hi, my name is Irena (ee-re-na) and I am here to take care of your body, mind and spirit.
Look no more... I use a variety of integrative methods and individualized approaches for each client to reduce pain and reach a deeper state of well-being.
What I Do
Ayurvedic Consultations
Irena offers consultations in-person and online. Through an in-depth evaluation of your state of health, lifestyle practices, physical and emotional attributes, Irena develops an understanding of your unique constitution and any root causes of imbalance or illnesses you may be experiencing. Your ayurvedic constitution, or Prakruti, as well as Vikriti (imbalance in your body) will be determined and a program will be developed to bring you back to your state of natural ease, balance and health. You will be supported to make the changes in your life that will bring lasting effects and enhance your healing process. Overall, your treatment path will be one intended to restore your full alignment to nature and in turn return you to your optimal state of living.
- Initial Consultation (1.5 hours): $110-$160.00
- Follow-Up Consultations (30 min): $65-$80
- 5 Consultations (Initial & 4 Follow-ups): $400
- 1 year program with Initial consultation and 24 follow-ups available
It is highly suggested in Ayurveda that you enter into your healing path with guidance and full empowerment. Ayurveda is not a prescriptive medicine that offers quick fixes or medicine for symptoms. Instead, we support a process of healing that takes time and commitment. For this reason, Irena often suggests that you devote at least 5 sessions to your own well-being so that you can implement therapies fully and track the changes in healing process that occurs, adjusting where necessary. Once balance is restored Irena offers you a 'maintenance program' to keep you attuned to that state of effortless health.

Irena offers Neuromuscular, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points, Sports, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Cuppings and Medical Massage. She will tailor the session to your personal needs to achieve the desirable outcome.
